We offer Intensive induction and training before any flexi-worker starts in their new role, including a full understanding of the importance of your site KPIs and the impact of their individual job. Each staff member will have access to our in-house mentor/supervisor to ensure the motivation morale of staff is maintained.
We’ll always look out too for pinch points such as high turnover of staff in a particular area or jobs that might be proving difficult – and suggest possible ways of improving the process
